In 2007, Stelios pledged £3,000,000 - for 200 scholarships over 10 years - to his almae mater, the London School of Economics and the Cass Business School at City University.  This is a significant demonstration of his belief in the importance of higher education for entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs alike. Not only will graduates follow in Stelios' foot-steps professionally, they are expected to make a difference to society as well - in or out of their chosen career.

Stelios has earmarked the Scholarships for citizens of Cyprus (his family origins), Greece (his birthplace), the UK and Europe (the birthplace of his businesses).
