Awards Summary

The Stelios Philanthropic Foundation is committed to supporting entrepreneurship with the following annual awards:

The Stelios Award for Disabled Entrepreneurs in the UK - administered in partnership with Leonard Cheshire Disability - rewards those with disabilities who have demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and business ability in the face of significant barriers.  The 50,000GBP prize is presented at the annual Growing Business Awards in London organized by the CBI and Caspian Publishing Group.

The Stelios Award for Business Cooperation in Cyprus promotes island-wide, bi-communal business cooperation between Turkish-Cypriot and Greek-Cypriot entrepreneurs by giving promising ventures the funding boost they need to grow. Up to five awards of 50,000EU each are presented to those teams which best demonstrate bi-cultural teamwork and mutual trust at an annual event in Cyprus organized by the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation.

The Stelios Award for Young Entrepreneur in Greece - administered in partnership with the ALBA Graduate School of Business - is presented to an entrepreneur under 40 years old who has demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and business ability in Greece.  A 50,000EU prize is awarded annually at a gala award dinner organized by the LESHI Epihirimatikotitas in Athens.

The Stelios Award for Young Clean-Tech Entrepreneur recognizes the business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit of an entrepreneur specifically engaged in the clean-tech sector.  The 10,000EU award is presented at the annual Clean Equity Monaco conference, organized by Innovator Capital Ltd.
