Stelios Environmental Centre in Pedoulas

Pedoulas - birthplace of Stelios' father, Loucas – the Stelios Environmental Centre in Pedoulas will welcome thousands of students from the island as well as international research teams to study the flora and fauna of the Troodos Mountain area to better understand this unique ecosystem and how to protect it.

The Stelios Environmental Centre in Pedoulas is the first of its kind on the island of Cyprus and is housed in the town's former elementary school. On Oct. 20, 2010 Stelios made good on a pledge of 200,000EU to help fund the completion of the Centre.
