On 13 May 2009 Stelios spoke at the 2009 Entrepreneurs’ Summit, which was organised and presented by the CBI and Real Business magazine. The event, which is in its third year, brings together several hundred of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and provides a platform to address issues facing the UK’s small and mid-sized companies. The theme of this year’s conference was ‘Don’t just survive; reinvent’, with Stelios speaking on the topic of ‘Turning 2009 into a year of opportunity’ – examining which markets still offer growth opportunities and looking at the entrepreneurial potential within Britain.
